Staff were amiable and super friendly at any hour!!

The location was central, magnificent to Napoli Italian restaurant. Plus, it was just next door to restuarants as well as many restaurants bars.

Truly enjoyed our reasonably large and huge rooms.

Booked a room with BEAUTIFUL views of the Panama city skyline. The location was comfortable and handy, helpful by informing us what the taxis should cost!

The place was clean with a very amiable staff at the reception desk. The hotel's position was convenient and top close to restaurants and bars. Via Argentina metro station was 10 min away. Spent here 2 fun filled days and would come here again.

The hotel is located in the El Congrejo neighborhood, which is convenient and has plenty of amenities nearby. There is a popular Peruvian restaurant, Machu Picchu, just across the street, offering delicious food at affordable prices. Some guests have complained about the poor quality of the bathroom facilities, including old bath towels and a lack of hand towels and bathroom floor towels.

Well priced and upscale hotel, we greatly enjoyed this place.

The room was generous-sized and huge with a queen bed, age right next plus a furnished balcony, everything was perfectly fine. The position was top, restaurants and bars are close to the hotel.

The food was excellent, great price, breakfast phenomenal. Variety of restaurants and pubs nearby. Helpful staff, large comfortable room. Hot shower, good TV. Value for money.

It was a well priced hotel in a really safe area, right by great restaurants and casinos and shopping, the ocean and overground public transport as well as the underground. Booked a room with a private balcony.

No flexibility on policy and pricing on early check in and late check out. Parador charges 50% of the full rate for only 3 hour late check out.

The only thing we did not really like was the breakfast and the Wi-fi was hard to connect in the rooms
